THE BIG BALE BOX is here and ready for you. As you study the pictures
above and below, you can note the progress from the first test prototype to the finished product for the market.
The final BIG BALE BOX is larger than the previous three so as to accommodate the 3'x3'x8'
and the 3'x4'x8' and the 4'x4'x8' sized bales. See FAQ page for those details. In production, things have evolved as we improve
on the basic design of this amazing and simple hay delivery system. It
is pictured being loaded with a grapple, however a 3 or 4 prong bale spear can load the bale into the unit as well. We have also added a rear door that
drops down for loading the bale right from your pick-up using the ratchet/strap. See pictures below. The
floor is lined with recycled plastic making it extremely slick for the bale to slide. We are very happy with it's
use and can see this unit being put into place in both big and small operations all around the country. In addition
to giving you the control of your hay feeding with fresh hay, you have a stylish unit that will complement anywhere it stands.
Why wait another day to start saving dollars? With the days of cheap hay now a bygone era, retire

PLEASE NOTE: The big square balers can be equipped with a cutter bar in the baler which processes the hay before
it's formed into the bale. [Not all balers have this.] This processes the hay within the bale almost
like chopped hay making it easy to peel off each square and giving you less waste as well. As the hay producers
move from the large rounds to the large squares, you will find the large square bales readily available. Can't
find any, call us and we will give you several numbers of producers who ship nationwide.
We have taken great
lengths to create and build a product that will be safe for our equine and your animals too. Three units set
in our yards for the feeding of our horses providing and proving the testing of it. Waste is nearly non existent.
The small hay feeder [pictured] placed on the end is sold separately. We have contacted that manufacturer and can provide
those feeders at additional cost. Let us know your needs.
